Custom Orders

Rowland Custom Woodworking is not a large mass producing shop. It is, well just me, Phillip Rowland. I am the owner, designer, and builder. I love to work with customers on their custom orders whether it is a traditional farmhouse table, or you just want something striking that makes other stop dead in their tracks. 

The custom design process starts when a customer contacts me. You can use this site, Facebook, Instagram, or my email address [email protected]. We will discuss what you're looking for, what materials you want to use, and I will provide a sketch if we do not have inspiration pictures already.

After we agree on an idea I go to a local saw mill and hand select the slabs of wood I will use for your project. This allows me to search for some truly unique pieces that will really emphasize your one of a kind product.

The slabs I choose are then brought back to my shop and milled down using a mix of hand and power tools. The great thing about custom orders is that each one is different. I love doing small sentimental items just as much as I do the large tables. I have even had a piece of firewood given to me and asked to create something great from it. 

The greatest part about doing these custom orders in my opinion is that as the build progresses I get to keep you involved with the building and design process through emails and pictures. Whether it is a traditional item or a completely unique one of a kind item, it is still created just for you and your family. 

The final product will either be delivered locally in the Oklahoma City area or shipping will be arranged.
